Originally from Ireland Erin McGurnaghan studied Public Relations, after graduation, she landed a role for a global software provider where she found her love of all things tech (including COBOL) after a few years working as a technical consultant, her interest in the people side of building great tech-led products brought her to the world of recruitment. Erin joined Mitchellake to help businesses scale through innovation, her specialities lie within engineering and data science.
Erin's other passion outside of tech is her mini labradoodle, Luna, Mitchellake's new found office dog. She enjoys spending time with Luna at the beach and nearby beer garden where she enjoys her favourite beer, Furphy.
Having spent two years working in recruitment across the digital space, Ethan Tattersfield has settled in Melbourne, direct from his native London. He is passionate about Digital Marketing across the e-commerce and mobile/product landscape, and is looking forward to sinking his teeth into R&D at MitchelLake. A keen foodie, Ethan is also an Apple-fanatic (yes, he even has the watch), and with the London marathon under his belt his eyes are set for Melbourne's marathon in 2016.
Originally from Scotland, Lara Morgan studied Psychology in her home town of Glasgow, before making a move to the big smoke to pursue a career in online retail for a major UK pure-play retailer.
Realising her passion for all things online, Lara decided to put her degree to good use and made the transition into digital recruitment two years ago, where she focuses on user-experience and product design.
Egyptian-Irish by decent (explains the year-round tan), Lara is a self-confessed wine-fanatic, and enjoys making use of all the restaurants and bar’s Melbourne has to offer. When she is not wining and dining, you will find her having a run around Edinburgh Gardens or attempting to brave the morning cycle commute.
Matt Smith works in MitchelLake's Melbourne office and leads the Australian team for MitchelLake Consulting, working with an awesome team of humans who source talent across emerging technology, experience and service design, product, digital marketing, growth, data science and analytics.
Matt's domain expertise leans towards hiring senior roles in experience and design and he enjoys the balance of working with fast growth, early stage organisations and larger scale companies going through digital transformation and the unique challenges they both bring.
Originally from New Zealand, Matt spent time living in the UK before moving to Melbourne where he enjoys playing basketball, rearing indoor plants and incredible access to some of the world's best coffee.
Matthew Parker has recently relocated to Australia from the UK, where he started his recruitment career in London with Carmichael Fisher in 2013. He has a passion for all things FinTech and Payments, and is already an active member of the Sydney FinTech community. Outside of work, Matt is a keen Extreme Frisbee player.
Nick Krekis is fresh off the boat from London after working three years in a marketing specialist recruitment agency for the tech sector. He has a strong passion for digital marketing and a real geeky love for all things tech. With an accent and looks to that of Will from The Inbetweeners, he thought he could escape the ridicule he faced in the UK by moving to the other side of the world, sadly he was mistaken.
In his spare time you can find Nick cycling, training in Martial Arts or trying a new whiskey while convincing someone why Sony is a far more superior mobile than Apple or Samsung (HTC aren't worth mentioning).
With an MBA in hand, Rachel Chong set off with ambitious travelling plans to satiate her curiosity of the world, only to be offered a role in a startup which was too good to turn down. A wee taste of this bustling space has got her hooked and she joins MitchelLake with a zealous passion to learn all things tech and help connect great talent to some of the worlds most innovative startups.
An adventurous daredevil at heart, Rachel has stood on a suspended boulder above a 984m deep abyss and frequently scales rocks at heights that would make a grown man cry.

Amanda Melo is MLG's Director of Finance and Operations. Before joining the MitchelLake Group, Amanda ran finance and operations for 5th Finger, where she played an instrumental role in the acquisition of the company by Merkle.
Amanda has also worked as a contract accountant for several small advertising agencies in San Francisco. She is extremely detailed oriented and loves the rhythm of working with small companies.
With over ten years of client management and recruiting experience in the pharma/biotech and tech industries, Chi Nguyen has a passion for building strong client relationships, and working with people to find that next opportunity in their career.
A Bay Area native, she roots for all the local sports teams. If she's not cheering on her teams, or trying out a new local restaurant, she's busy playing peek-a-boo or singing lullabies to her baby girl.
Christophe Hovette is a specialist across the Digital Marketing and Sales Executive space with experience that has covered Europe, Asia, Africa and Australia. We're pleased to have someone so passionate about technology, design, innovation and startups join our team and we hope he lives up to his self-professed geek description. One of his favourite books that he recommends everyone in business should read is "The Hard Thing About Hard Things" by Ben Horowitz.
Conny Lim is a Partner in the MitchelLake business based in Singapore. She has completed over 100 assignments in her 12 year career in Executive Search spanning multiple geographies including diverse markets such as China, Indonesia, Korea, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam.
Having worked in global search firms, she prides herself as someone who is able to assist clients in identifying, attracting and hiring the best talent in market. Coupled with her innate understanding of local talent, breadth of cultures across Asia and global best practices she is very well placed to partner with digital, market entry and convergent technology players across APAC.

Javier Gonzalez, a Bay Area native started his career in the finance industry which then lead him to finance agency recruiting to now technical recruiting. When Javier isn't working or in school he enjoys Crossfit, finding new vegetarian restaurants and singing/dancing to every song on the radio.
Jessica Baker is the Sales Operations Administrator for Mitchellake Onsite, where she has her hands dipped into all things sales, operations, and marketing strategy.
Jess has over two years of administrative experience and has spent much of that time supporting C-Level Executives.
She supports the MLO team remotely from her home office in Las Vegas, Nevada. In her free time, you can find Jess lifting weights at her CrossFit box, running, hiking Red Rock and Lee Canyon with her Siberian Husky, or cosplaying in support of various charities in Southern Nevada.
Jimmy Tran is a San Francisco native who grew up and lives in the city. He attended San Francisco State University with a degree in Business Marketing.

For over two years, he worked as a Technical Recruiter with a focus on Fortune 500 companies as well as some startups.

Kyle McGinty is our Group Manager Talent & Culture. Since the early 90's he has worked in human resources and recruitment in a range of organisations, from technology startups to global professional services firms.
After spending more than 10 years driving outcomes as a Principal Consultant for the MitchelLake Group in Sydney and the Gold Coast, Kyle has moved into a leadership role. He is now responsible for the Group's talent attraction, engagement and retention strategies.

Mary Karolyi, our Global CFO, leads all traditional aspects of the finance function and helps drive the global commercial strategy of our business.

Yoko Senga is part of MitchelLake's San Francisco Executive Search practice. An 18 year veteran in the tech industry, with over 12 years in product management roles, she has a deep understanding of product development practices.
Through her involvement with companies in various stages - small startups to larger corporations like Yahoo! and Cisco, she has developed a broad view of product development organizations which she leverages when helping companies evaluate their needs for product roles at the senior and executive level.
Her personal work experience also helps her to establish credible relationships with a wide network of executive level product managers, designers and engineers.
